Charles Ellis

Charles “Gabe” Ellis, MS, PA-C, CSCS, is a sports medicine physician assistant who cares for athletes and active individuals of all ages. He helps patients recover from injuries, improve performance and safely return to the activities they enjoy.

Gabe works closely with physical therapists and athletic trainers to provide comprehensive, collaborative care focused on keeping patients moving, active and healthy. His goal is for each patient to leave feeling well informed about their injury and comfortable with their treatment plan.

Care philosophy

Gabe believes in delivering advanced sports medicine care for knee and shoulder conditions through a highly experienced, team-based approach. He combines evidence-based practices with advanced treatment options to help patients recover safely and efficiently.

He works closely with each patient to understand their goals, whether that means returning to sports, work or everyday activities they enjoy. His focus is on creating a personalized treatment plan that supports those goals while promoting long-term joint health and function.

Throughout the care journey, Gabe emphasizes clear communication, education and reassurance. He wants every patient to feel informed, supported and confident at each step of recovery, with the ultimate goal of helping them return to the activities they love with restored strength and mobility.

Outside of His Work

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, relaxing at the beach and taking on one of his favorite roles — Coach Dad — as he supports his children through their many sports activities.
