Hillman focuses on building strong relationships with patients and families, providing individualized education, recognizing changes in conditions early, and coordinating care across the multidisciplinary oncology team. She makes patients feel informed, respected, comforted, and supported throughout their care journey.
Beyond patient care
Outside of work, Hillman enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also loves traveling, spending time at the beach, and making memories with friends and family.
