Eric Jamrok, DPM, provides comprehensive care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute. He treats sports medicine-related injuries, heel pain, sprains, strains, fractures, pediatric foot concerns for children ages 3 to 17, gait imbalances and orthotic needs.
As a foot and ankle orthotic specialist, Dr. Jamrok focuses on nonsurgical, conservative treatment options designed to reduce pain, restore function and support long-term mobility. He helps patients avoid surgery whenever possible by prioritizing thoughtful evaluation, evidence-based care and individualized treatment plans.
Dr. Jamrok is dedicated to helping patients find the best solutions for their needs, including recommendations for proper footwear, sandals, clogs and custom inserts to improve comfort, alignment and overall foot health.

Dr. Jamrok’s care philosophy centers on identifying and correcting gait imbalances to improve the way patients walk and move. He focuses on properly fitted footwear and orthotics to reduce pain, improve alignment and help patients achieve greater comfort and mobility.
His goal is to support a more active lifestyle by addressing the root cause of foot and ankle issues in a practical, nonsurgical way. Dr. Jamrok works closely with patients throughout their care journey, making sure they feel informed, supported and confident in their treatment plan every step of the way.
Outside of His Work
Outside of work, Dr. Jamrok is an avid golfer and enjoys watching football and baseball. He and his wife have two sons, and they love spending time as a family, cheering them on in their sports and supporting them in their academic endeavors.
