Kaitlyn Jones

Kaitlyn Jones, MS, OTR/L, C-PAM, is an occupational therapist at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute who specializes in rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow and upper extremity.

Jones provides individualized, evidence-based care designed to reduce pain, restore function and help patients return to meaningful daily activities. Her holistic, client-centered approach considers both physical and functional needs while supporting each patient’s overall well-being, independence and quality of life.

Care philosophy

Jones believes occupational therapy should be tailored to each patient’s individual needs, challenges and goals. She combines therapeutic exercise, manual techniques and physical agent modalities with practical, goal-driven interventions that translate into improved performance at home, work and in the community.

Her goal is to help patients achieve meaningful, measurable improvements in upper-extremity function and independence. She works closely with each patient to ensure they feel informed, respected, heard and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside of her work

Outside of work, Jones enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, particularly surf fishing and deep-sea fishing. She also played competitive rugby in high school and college.

Her athletic background has shaped her appreciation for resilience, recovery and functional movement. She brings that perspective to patient care by helping individuals return to the activities that matter most to them.
