Kaitlynn Taylor, PTA, cares for patients of all ages at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute Physical Therapy on Glen Avenue. She helps individuals restore movement, reduce pain and improve function through each stage of life.
Taylor works with adolescents recovering from sports injuries, adults managing chronic pain and older adults seeking to maintain mobility and independence. She also supports patients recovering from surgery, returning to work, improving athletic performance or working to remain active.
Care philosophy
Taylor believes successful rehabilitation begins with understanding the whole person, not just the injury. She uses a patient-centered approach that combines evidence-based treatment, individualized exercise progression, patient education and functional movement training.
Her goal is to help patients confidently return to the activities that matter most to them, including work, sports, hobbies and daily tasks. She also gives patients practical tools to manage their condition outside the clinic and support lasting progress.
Throughout rehabilitation, Taylor strives to ensure patients feel informed, respected, heard and supported.
Outside of her work
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Her favorite activities include boating, relaxing at the beach, attending baseball games and visiting new places. She is also an avid Baltimore Orioles fan.
