Kara Back, FNP-C, provides compassionate cardiovascular care at TidalHealth Cardiology in Millsboro, Delaware and Berlin, Maryland. Back earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Back is certified in both basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
With years of clinical experience, particularly in urgent care settings, Back is known for her dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She has been recognized for her commitment to her patients, support of her colleagues, and passion for mentoring and teaching others. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her pilot husband on their plane. She also loves to garden, cook, bake, read, practice Pilates, and spend time with her friends and two kitties.
