Sarah Coelho-Dalrymple, PA-C, ATC, provides comprehensive care for patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries caused by trauma at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute. She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of a wide range of conditions, including fractures, joint dislocations, pelvic and acetabular fractures, and postoperative orthopedic complications.
Sarah cares for patients injured in motor vehicle collisions, falls, sports-related accidents and other traumatic events. She works closely with orthopedic surgeons throughout the continuum of care, including inpatient management, surgical assistance, postoperative care, fracture follow-up, wound management and patient education.
Sarah’s goal is to help optimize recovery, restore function and improve quality of life. She believes the patient experience begins with attentive listening, clear education and compassionate, individualized care that helps patients feel empowered and return to the activities that give their lives meaning.
Care Philosophy
Sarah Coelho-Dalrymple, PA-C, ATC, was drawn to orthopedics through her background as an athletic trainer and her own personal experience with orthopedic injuries. Working closely with patients of all ages helped her understand the impact musculoskeletal injuries can have on daily function, athletic and work performance, and emotional well-being.
Having experienced injury firsthand, Sarah understands the vulnerability patients may feel and the trust they place in their care team. She works closely with each patient to provide compassionate, individualized care, making sure they feel informed, supported and confident throughout their care journey.
Outside of Her Work
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with her family. Living near the coast, she loves relaxing by the water, spending time at the beach and enjoying outdoor activities.
Sarah is also passionate about traveling and exploring new places, cultures and experiences.
