Taylor Wiley

Taylor Wiley, MD, is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon at TidalHealth Peninsula Orthopaedic Institute. He specializes in diagnosing and treating athletic injuries and traumatic conditions affecting the knee and shoulder, including anterior cruciate ligament tears, meniscus injuries, shoulder instability and rotator cuff tears.

Whether caring for competitive athletes, weekend warriors or active individuals of any age, Dr. Wiley focuses on relieving pain, restoring function and helping patients safely return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Wiley takes time to ensure patients understand their condition, available treatment options and personalized care plan. He believes informed patients are better equipped to make confident decisions about their health and strives to create an environment where they feel comfortable and actively involved in their care.

Outside of his work

Outside of work, Dr. Wiley enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach and being with his family. He values being part of the Salisbury community and enjoys supporting local athletes through sideline medical coverage.
