Yvonne Fleming, PT, DPT, has served the Eastern Shore community for more than 23 years, helping patients reduce pain, regain mobility and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Fleming cares for patients of all ages with a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, acute and chronic conditions. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes compassionate, individualized care is the foundation of successful rehabilitation.
Whether a patient is recovering from surgery or an injury, managing a chronic condition or working to improve balance and mobility, Fleming provides the education, encouragement and personalized treatment needed to support meaningful progress.
Care philosophy
Fleming believes patients should feel empowered and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. She partners closely with each patient to understand their individual needs and goals, developing a personalized treatment plan designed to improve function, restore confidence in movement and support long-term health and well-being.
With extensive experience caring for patients from pediatrics through geriatrics, Fleming treats orthopedic and neurological conditions, balance disorders, and injuries related to motor vehicle accidents and the workplace.
She strives to ensure every patient feels informed, respected, heard and supported throughout their care.
Outside of her work
Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity by decorating her home, cultivating her garden, and exploring new places with friends and family. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones.
