Diabetes support group (Pocomoke)
Join the Worcester County Health Department for a diabetes support group on the third Thursday of each month at 11 am at the Pocomoke City 50plus Center, 400 Walnut St, Pocomoke City, MD 21851.
Participants in this program will:
- Make connections with other people living with diabetes
- Share coping strategies
- Gain new ideas for meals
- Learn how to eat healthy as well as how to move more
This activity is part of the Rural Equity and Access to Community Health (REACH) program and is funded by TidalHealth through a grant from the Maryland General Assembly as part of the Maryland Health Equity Resource Act.
