Diabetes support group (Snow Hill)
Join the Worcester County Health Department for a diabetes support group on the third Wednesday of each month at 1 pm at the Snow Hill 50plus Center, 4767 Snow Hill Rd, Snow Hill, MD 21863.
Participants in this program will:
- Make connections with other people living with diabetes
- Share coping strategies
- Gain new ideas for meals
- Learn how to eat healthy as well as how to move more
This activity is part of the Rural Equity and Access to Community Health (REACH) program and is funded by TidalHealth through a grant from the Maryland General Assembly as part of the Maryland Health Equity Resource Act.
