TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Raheel Awan, MD, to TidalHealth Primary Care in Bridgeville, Delaware.
Dr. Awan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Saint Francis Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware, where he was chief resident during his third year.
Dr. Awan is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). He brings extensive clinical, leadership and volunteer experience. Outside of medicine, he enjoys watching and critically discussing a wide genre of movies, trivia, basketball, volleyball and hiking.
