TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Umme Ferdaush, MD, to TidalHealth Primary Care in Georgetown, Delaware.
Dr. Ferdaush earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, affiliated with the University of Dhaka in Bangladesh. She completed her internal medicine residency at TidalHealth, graduating as part of the inaugural class. Since 2022, she has been delivering comprehensive outpatient care, managing both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on long-term patient relationships.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine, and brings extensive clinical experience, including research and publications.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ferdaush enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time by the ocean with her husband, son, and extended family — embracing the serenity and natural beauty of coastal living.
