Peninsula Home Care, a leading provider of high-quality home care services on Delmarva, is proud to announce its official rebranding and name change to TidalHealth Home Care.
Since its founding in 1985, TidalHealth Home Care, with offices in Salisbury, Md. and Laurel, Del., has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through outstanding home care services. The home health agency has been a clinical partner with TidalHealth since 2004 through a joint ownership arrangement.
“TidalHealth Home Care team members strive to provide compassionate, high-quality and personalized care that meets patients where they are most comfortable – at home,” said Steve Leonard, Ph.D., MBA, FACHE, President/CEO of TidalHealth. “We believe as an integrated healthcare system that by delivering care in familiar environments, we can enhance the quality of life, foster independence through care tailored to a patient’s need, and support holistic health outcomes.”
The decision to rebrand under the new name, TidalHealth Home Care, was driven by the desire to better align with core values, enhance service offerings, and embrace a more modern and forward-thinking identity, while being more visibly linked to the largest regionally based integrated healthcare provider in the region.

While the change in name marks a significant milestone, patients and their families will continue to experience the same level of compassionate and personalized care they’ve come to expect. The rebranding does not affect the services provided, the team of highly skilled caregivers, or the partnerships built in the community.
TidalHealth Home Care remains dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or injury. Offering personalized care plans that allow patients to maintain independence and comfortable in their homes while receiving the support they need; the team of experienced caregivers and healthcare professionals is committed to providing compassionate and professional care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Over the coming months, TidalHealth Home Care patients will begin to see changes to the branding, including a new visual identity, an integrated website with TidalHealth, and refreshed communication materials, all designed to create a more cohesive experience. However, phone numbers, office locations, and all contact points will remain unchanged.
