Sheila Zimmer Breast Screening Fund

The Sheila Zimmer Breast Screening Fund was established in memory of Sheila Zimmer, a Salisbury native who faced breast cancer twice and was known for her compassion and commitment to helping others.
Created to carry Sheila’s legacy forward, the fund helps remove financial barriers that may prevent individuals in our community from receiving timely breast care. Donations provide assistance for breast screenings and diagnostic screenings, helping ensure that cost does not stand in the way of potentially lifesaving care.
Support from the fund may help cover mammograms, reading fees, diagnostic imaging, biopsies and other necessary follow-up services for patients in need.
