Bio:
Tashara Jones, MD, earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed her general surgery residency at Jefferson-Abington Health in Abington, Pa.
Dr. Jones has authored several clinical abstracts and served as the Wellness Chief Resident during her residency. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive and robotic surgery and hernia repair. She is a resident member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons.
