Diabetes Support Group hosted by the Worcester County Health Department

Join this free monthly diabetes support group for anyone with diabetes and their caregivers. 

Participants in this program will: 

• make connections with other people living with diabetes
• share coping strategies
• gain new ideas for meals
• learn how to eat healthy as well as how to move more

This event is hosted by the Worcester County Health Department.  

This activity is part of the Rural Equity and Access to Community Health (REACH) program and is funded by TidalHealth through a grant from the Maryland General Assembly as part of the Maryland Health Equity Resource Act.
