Sleep study
Many people struggle with sleep and may not realize a sleep disorder is causing their issues. Left untreated, sleep disorders can contribute to serious health problems, including stroke, heart failure, and high blood pressure, and increase the risk of accidents at work or on the road. The good news is that most sleep disorders are easy to diagnose with a sleep study and are treatable once identified.
At TidalHealth, our sleep team begins with a thorough evaluation of your symptoms and history. If a sleep study is recommended, we guide you through every step. A physician referral is required to schedule your study. Once received, our staff will contact you to arrange your test. Our sleep center is open seven nights a week to fit your schedule, and we offer specialized testing and daytime options for night-shift workers. If you or a loved one have special needs, let us know so we can ensure comfort throughout the process.
Our sleep medicine specialists will clearly explain your results and develop a treatment plan tailored to you. Our goal is to help you achieve restful sleep and improve your overall health and well-being.
