As part of the Subaru Loves to Care® initiative, Gateway Subaru of Delmar again partnered with the Blood Cancer United Mid-Atlantic Region to deliver cozy blankets and heartfelt messages of hope to TidalHealth cancer patients to keep them warm and lift their spirits during infusion treatments.
TidalHealth oncology patients have benefited from the program for many years, receiving thoughtful donations that brighten long infusion days and remind them they are not alone.
This year marks the 11th consecutive year Gateway Subaru has participated in the initiative, reinforcing its commitment to giving back across Delmarva. Each blanket delivered represents more than warmth — it carries a message of encouragement from community members standing alongside patients in their cancer journeys.
Nationwide, Subaru of America expects to support over 550,000 cancer patients in 2026 through donations of blankets, care kits and messages of hope.
