What causes head and neck masses and how are they treated?
There is a wide variety of causes of head and neck masses, ranging from benign and malignant tumors, to localized infections. Some neck masses are related to thyroid or salivary gland problems. More rapidly growing neck masses may be a sign of cancer such as lymphoma or spread from voice box or throat cancer.
What are some signs that a child needs to see an ENT specialist?
