Our goal
The TidalHealth Family Medicine Residency Program is dedicated to training phenomenal family physicians who will provide the highest quality of patient care in their communities. By integrating applied research, ongoing scholarly activities and practical experiences, our program equips residents to address current and future healthcare challenges. It offers comprehensive education, featuring a balance of inpatient and ambulatory settings, emphasizing preventative medicine and maintaining work-life balance. Residents will be prepared for independent practice, offering full-spectrum, equitable family medicine while addressing social determinants of health. Faculty members are committed to emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning and upholding our mission and values, striving to positively impact the communities we serve through a focus on quality, service and community.
