Clinical Team Member of the Quarter: Renae Harriger
Renae, Medical Assistant of TidalHealth Cardiovascular Surgery, was nominated by Practice Manager, Kim Bush, and Dr. Kurt Wehberg for demonstrating Accountability, Quality and Service.
In Dr. Wehberg’s own words, “This letter is written in support of one of our TidalHealth Specialty Care employees, Renae Harriger. My career has been blessed with the honor of getting to know multiple healthcare providers who are part of our team, and I would say at least 5000 employees with whom I have directly worked with. Ashley, Patient Service Representative of TidalHealth Pulmonary/Critical Care, was nominated by her co-worker, Kayla Fontaine, for demonstration of Accountability, Community, Quality and Service.
In Kayla’s own words, “There are times when she will pause her own work to answer questions her coworkers may have, or to go track down an answer for a patient. She works hard and steps in wherever there is a need within the front office. … Ashley is an inspiration to our team members and deserves to be recognized for all she does!”
