Over the next three years, the health system aims to implement a comprehensive strategy focused on achieving high-level, long-term objectives. These overarching goals, referred to as driving strategies, are integral components driving our short-term goals, called annual operating plans. The three driving strategies that will guide the health system's efforts are access, effectiveness, and engagement. Each of these strategies is designed to enhance different facets of the health system's performance. Access emphasizes ensuring that individuals have timely and equitable access to healthcare services. Effectiveness centers on optimizing the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. Engagement focuses on fostering meaningful interactions and involvement between healthcare providers and patients. These driving strategies will be communicated across the health system, cascading down to each organization, then to each team member to ensure alignment and commitment to achieving the organization's overarching goals.
