Overview
The MASTER (Multidisciplinary Advanced Simulation Training, Education and Research) program was started in 2022 during our first year of Internal Medicine Residency.
Featuring some of the most advanced simulation systems in the world, the center has the most experienced proceduralist/provider educators available at TidalHealth, leading the courses relevant to their field of expertise.
This program ensures that the highest quality training is available to our residents, fellows, APPs, nurses, RTs, EMT/paramedics and other healthcare workers.
The establishment of a uniform “highest-standard” procedural and medical care, with reduction in practice variation across disciplines and across TidalHealth hospitals and clinics, is then an inevitable consequence.
The TidalHealth Center for Medical Training and Simulation is the launch pad for our system-wide initiatives to improve our procedural and critical care delivery, safety and quality to world-class standards.
Objective
To stretch the boundaries of simulation-based procedural and team training to the point where reality becomes a simple series of finely tuned natural reflexes.
Vision
Mastery without risk.
