Bio:
Debebe Fikremariam, MD, earned his medical degree from Addis Ababa University and, after practicing as a general practitioner for a few years, returned to AAU, where he enrolled in a post graduate program and completed a residency in general surgery. He was chief resident of surgery in the final year of his residency and practiced as a general surgeon in Ethiopia.
Dr. Fikremariam completed his anesthesiology residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, W. Va., where he was chief resident of the department during the final year of his residency. He graduated in 2010, when he joined TidalHealth Anesthesiology.
