Peninsula Regional’s Diabetes Support Group will meet on Monday, September 14 from 7-8 p.m. in the auditorium of the Avery W. Hall Educational Center on the PRMC campus. The speaker will be Linda Hurley, Director of Sleep Waves, discussing sleep apnea and diabetes. For information on the group, call the Diabetes Education Program at 410-543-7061.
For those with diabetes wishing to get started with healthy living, a five-week series of Diabetes Education classes start Wednesday, September 30 from 6:30—8:30 p.m. Day classes are also offered on Thursdays from 1—3 p.m. starting on October 1.
