As TidalHealth works to balance patient safety and support the need to provide family members additional time with loved ones who are hospitalized, starting on Monday, May 22, the health system will be increasing visitation opportunities at both TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, Maryland and TidalHealth Nanticoke in Seaford, Delaware.
Visiting hours are expanding at both hospitals, in all non-critical care, medical-surgical areas, to 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. A maximum of two visitors, over the age of 12, per patient will be allowed in patient rooms. They do not need to be the same two people during the patient’s stay.
In critical care areas, like the Intensive Care Unit, visiting hours will remain 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.
TidalHealth reminds you, if not feeling well or experiencing any upper respiratory symptoms, please do not visit.
