    TidalHealth is pleased to welcome Sean Forsyth, FNP, to TidalHealth Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine in Seaford, Del.

    Forsyth received his Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and obtained his family nurse practitioner certificate in 2020. He began his career as a registered nurse and then began treating patients in the outpatient setting after earning his license.

    Forsyth’s clinical interests include preventative care, patient-centered care, and geriatric treatment. He is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

    Forsyth is accepting new patients at TidalHealth Sleep Medicine, located at 100 Rawlins Drive. To schedule an appointment, call 302-990-3300.
