Zeinab Abou Yehia, MD received her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at the Oklahoma University Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, Okla., and her residency in Radiation Oncology from Rutgers Robert-Wood Johnson Medical School in Brunswick, N.J.
Dr. Yehia has participated in clinical trials and authored several peer-reviewed publications. She is leading a Phase II trial on pre-operative radiation boost in Breast Cancer patients. She has received several awards including the Young Oncologist Award from the American Radium Society, Resident of the Month Award from Oklahoma University Health Science Center, Scholars in Health Research Program High Achievement Award and Dean's List, American University of Beirut.
She is a member of the American Society for Radiation Oncology, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American College of Radiation Oncology, Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology, American Medical Association and the American Radium Society.
Dr. Yehia is fluent in Arabic.
