TidalHealth Financial Assistance
TidalHealth aims to make available to all patients the highest quality of medical care possible within the resources available. If a patient is unable to pay due to financial resources, all efforts will be made to help the patient get assistance through appropriate agencies, or, if no help is available, to render care at a reduced or zero cost for emergency and medically necessary care.
Applications can be taken:
- Verbally by calling 410-912-6957 between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday — Friday.
- By mailing a request for an application to TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, PO Box 2498, Salisbury, MD 21802-2498
- In person from 8 am to 4 pm Monday — Friday at:
- TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, 100 E. Carroll St., Salisbury, MD, at the Financial Counselor’s office (located in the Frank B. Hanna Outpatient Center lobby)
- TidalHealth Nanticoke, 801 Middleford Road, Seaford, DE, at the registration office
- TidalHealth Atlantic, 9733 Healthway Drive, Berlin, MD, at the registration office
