Steve Leonard, Ph.D., MBA, FACHE and President/CEO of TidalHealth has announced the hiring of Steven Tracy as President of Peninsula Health Ventures, a TidalHealth company in partnership with local post-acute and ambulatory care providers.
As President, Tracy is responsible for the development and expansion of the Peninsula Health Ventures network, while managing its entities, initiatives, partnerships and alliances to ensure its success.
“Since 1997, TidalHealth has executed a strategy to expand healthcare choices outside of the hospital setting. Peninsula Health Ventures was established to ensure patient care across the continuum and to improve quality, efficiency and access to local care while managing costs,” said Dr. Leonard. “Steven has an established healthcare career in this arena stretching nearly 20-years, and his leadership will ensure the continuation of our successful programs.”
Previously, Tracy has led physician networks, urgent care centers, home health initiatives, strategic planning, compliance programs and continuum of care operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Temple University and was most recently the Senior Director of Physician Network Development at UMPC Central Pa in Harrisburg.

Tracy assumed his new role as President of Peninsula Health Ventures on June 5.
