Eastern Shore of Maryland

It is the central spot on the lower Eastern Shore, positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Chesapeake Bay in the heart of the Delmarva Peninsula.
In Salisbury, explore our free zoo and parks. We are home to the Delmarva Shorebirds baseball team and the National Folk Festival. Head east to Ocean City, Md., a resort town that sits between the Atlantic Ocean and the Isle of Wright Bay featuring miles of beach. Take a stroll down the iconic boardwalk lined with hotels, restaurants, shops, and amusements. The Assateague Island National Seashore is where the wild horses roam. Enjoy camping, biking, and walking trails. Eastern Shore of Delaware
TidalHealth Nanticoke is located in Seaford, Del., located in the southwestern region of the state and along the Nanticoke River. The city has a population of about 7,000. Enjoy the outdoor recreation, which includes an 18-hole golf course, parks, the beautiful Nanticoke Riverwalk, and a sports complex.
