Project SEARCH at TidalHealth Nanticoke is pleased to announce its 2024 program graduates: Ariana Alexander and Deja Sampson, both of Seaford High School.
For the past seven years, Project SEARCH at TidalHealth Nanticoke has provided real-life work experience combined with training in employability and independent living skills to help local young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities make successful transitions from school to productive adult life.
At TidalHealth Nanticoke, Ariana and Deja experienced hands-on job training in several departments throughout the hospital. Thank you to all of the departments that participated in this year’s program: Day Surgery, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, Lab, Materials Management and Central Processing.
